The game plays out like the traditional tic-tac toe game, except that it is played with four grids 4x4 stacked up vertically. To win the game, players must align four symbols vertically, diagonally or horizontally on four squares on a single grid. The 76 winning combinations are more than double the number of possible outcomes on a 3x3 board. The game can be played either by two players playing against eachother, or by one player playing against an AI.
